Kid Actors Needed for "Annie" Play Auditions

Looking for girls ages 6-13 years old for the "Annie" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: This is a community theatre production performed on a volunteer basis. Additional info: Audition Format: - 32 bars of a selection in Annie's style that show off the auditioner’s range, expressiveness, and tone quality. It is asked that Annie auditionees sing a song other than Tomorrow or Maybe. -A side from the list of pre-selected sides. Sides will be available shortly. We will have a live accompanist for the in-person auditions. Please bring sheet music with cuts clearly marked and in a binder for our accompanist. Please bring a resume and headshot to your auditions. Callbacks will take place if necessary and by invitation from 10 AM to 1 PM on Saturday, September 14th. All lead roles will be required to be in-person for callbacks. Performances will take place on the weekends of December 6th – December 22nd, 2024 at Steel River Playhouse. Rehearsals: 5 rehearsal conflicts will be permitted. Rehearsals are anticipated to start September 23rd and will be from 6:30 PM to 10 PM on Monday and Thursday and 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays. Tech week begins November 29th. November 29th through December 3rd are mandatory. If interested, please apply.
