Young Talent Wanted for "13 the Musical" Show

Audition for "13 the Musical". Currently seeking performers ages 12+. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: 13 is a musical by Jason Robert Brown and a book by Dan Elish and Robert Horn. Following a move from New York City to small-town Indiana, young Evan Goldman grapples with his parent's divorce, prepares for his impending Bar Mitzvah, and navigates the complicated social circles of a new school. Additional info: PREPARE: Please prepare 32 bars of a song in the style of the show. Actors must provide their own music tracks for accompaniment (a speaker will be provided). Actors will sing during the first half hour of their audition block. Then all of the actors in that audition block will spend the last half hour in a dance audition. Please come ready to move and inappropriate clothing. Jazz shoes or clean sneakers are recommended. *NO SOCKS OR SLIPPERS* Video auditions are due no later than 11:59pm on Thursday, June 6th.
