Casting Kids for "The Sound of Music" Youth Edition

"The Sound of Music" Youth Edition is looking for students ages 5-18 to participate. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Audition prep material: 5-11 year olds will perform the first 32 bars of My Favorite Things. This can be with or without a track. 12-18-year-olds will perform a song/cut from a song from a classic/Golden Age musical, not to exceed 2 minutes total, and a cold read of the script depending on the role they are auditioning for. Script sides will be given out at auditions. See the attachment for audition material. REHEARSALS: T, Th with occasional Saturdays for choreography/run thru's. The dates are listed below.
