"When We Climb Trees" Play seeks performers ages 10-16 years old. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project "When We Climb Trees" is an exciting new musical written by the renowned, performing songwriter, Steven Courtney. This heartwarming production follows the journey of a tight-knit group of friends struggling between sharing real-life adventures or succumbing to the allure of gaming devices and screen time. Additional info: Please prepare 60 seconds of an up-tempo song, either pop music or musical theatre, memorized. No A Capella auditions, please. Headshots and resumes are welcome, but not necessary! Please bring all conflict dates to auditions. "When We Climb Trees" will run July 20th and 21st, 2024, at the Junction Center. The rehearsal schedule will be Mondays and Wednesdays, 6-8 pm, with additional days and times added as rehearsals progress into July. If interested, please apply.
