Looking to cast teenagers ages 17+ for Feature Film "Pickleballers". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Pickleballers is a 2000's style comedy in the same vein as Dodgeball and Mean Girls. 'Max Belaflore is forced to compete in an underground pickleball competition in order to win the cash prize and save her home'. This is just a really fun, good-time film. It has a lot of great humor moments like the films referenced and at the same time lets the characters tackle some real struggle points and follow the threads all the way to a quite fulfilling resolution. Just a fun entertaining flick all around. (needed 17 days - Looks 18-25) White, meant to play a high school girl so ideally no tattoos. If you have them ones that can be easily covered up are fine. Height: under 5'5. petite/small. Best friend of the protagonist Max. Luna Lovegood from HP is a wonderful reference for this character in both personality and delivery. She's there but not fully there, spends a lot of time in her head. Soft in her delivery/ dreamy almost like Luna.

I'd prefer larger body types or smaller body types over athletic. Spence is the protagonist's other best friend. Spence is loud, silly and someone that's not always the most self-aware.
