Teen Actors Wanted for Horror Short Film

Searching for teen actors to join the cast for an upcoming horror short film. Please read the details below for more information. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Genre: Horror. Logline: Two girls on their way to a Halloween party find themselves at a wrong address, and quickly discover it was no mistake. Project Description: Putting together a 5 minute short horror film for a Halloween contest. This will be budding screenwriters first collaborative script to be brought to life on film, and our camera-man’s return to filmmaking after a lengthy hiatus. This is going to be an exciting project with a small, but passionate, kind, inclusive, and dedicated crew. Rate: Unpaid (may change) will provide snacks & dinner (and transportation to the location if desired). Additional info: Run Time: No more than 5 minutes. Must have relevant experience with speaking roles acting in movies and/or short films. Man must be able to sprint and women must be comfortable running short distances in heels over grass and rocks. Callbacks and subsequent auditions will be coordinated and held via Zoom between Sep. 28th and Oct. 3rd. Shooting Schedule: The shoot date is TBD but will likely occur on one single day between Oct. 9-13. Will update ASAP. Will begin rehearsals at about 4 pm and will continue until sunset, about 6:15. The directors will then begin shooting until approximately 8 pm but end times are also TBH and unpredictable. The directors ask that you provide a negative Covid test the day prior to shooting for everyone's safety. Filming Location: Hudson, CO. A ride to the shoot location can be arranged.
