Looking for boys and girls to be part of the production of "A Christmas Carol." Please refer to the details below for more information. About the project: An adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic Christmas novella. A Christmas Carol is the tale of a miserable and miserly man, Ebenezer Scrooge, learning to value people over riches with the help of spirits. This story takes a critical look at the responsibilities of those with wealth to those in need. Rate: This is a volunteer community theater production. Non-Equity. There is no pay. Additional info: RUN: December 9th – 23rd, 2023. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm, Sundays at 2 pm. Special performances on Wednesday and Sunday nights may be added for private parties and special events. Callbacks: By Invitation Only. Date: Thursday, October 19th, 2023 Times: 7 pm – 10 pm. REHEARSALS: First Read-Through: Saturday, October 21st from 12 pm- 4 pm Regular Rehearsal: Starting on Monday, Oct. 23rd: Mon-Thurs.: 7 pm – 10 pm Sat.: 9 am – 12 pm No Rehearsal on Nov 22nd and Thanksgiving. Open to working with conflicts except for tech dates and performances. Bring a headshot, resume, and calendar of conflicts. The audition will consist of cold readings from the script. Youngest daughter of the Cratchits. Will also play a Street child, Fan, Belle’s daughter, and Want. (Role requires a British Accent.)
A kind-hearted, sickly boy who loves Christmas. Singing voice is a bonus. Will also play School-age Scrooge. (Role requires a British Accent.)
