Seeking Teenagers for "The Lightning Thief" Musical

"The Lightning Thief" Musical is looking for actors who are 13 years old and above. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Rick Riordan's bestselling book is a dynamic musical. Teenager Percy Jackson shockingly discovers the Greek Gods are alive and well and he's related to them! Can Percy and his friends save the day and return Zeus' missing lightning bolt to prevent a war? Join us on this epic journey. Additional info: The audition will include individual singing, cold reads, and movement segments in small groups. While there are singing and non-singing roles available, directors request that everyone sing at auditions. Parents, please accompany your actor under the age of 18 to sign a release form and assist with completing the audition form. Bring your calendar to identify any schedule conflicts. Actors please come camera ready, wear closed-toed shoes you can move in, and a plain dark-colored shirt. If you have a Resume and headshot, please bring them. Note that the participation fee applies. Rehearsals are Mon from 7:45-9:30p and two Saturdays a month from 1:30p-6:30p. There will be daily rehearsals in the week leading up to the show. Shows will be on December 8th and 9th at 7:30p.
