"A Christmas Carol, The Musical" Seeks Boys & Girls

Seeking performers who are 6 years old and above to perform in "A Christmas Carol, The Musical". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Ebenezer Scrooge is a prosperous curmudgeon who believes that personal wealth is far more valuable than the happiness and comfort of others. With an infuriated "Bah! Humbug!" Scrooge summates his feelings about Christmas tidings and charitable giving, but he's forced to face his selfish ways when three ghosts on Christmas Eve lead him through his Past, Present, and Future. Thanks to their guidance, Scrooge recognizes his faults and greets Christmas morning with a cheerful "Happy Christmas" before spending the day reconnecting and sharing love with those who mean the most to him. Additional info: Callbacks: Sat., September 23rd from 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM Not all those who audition will be needed for callbacks. Everyone who auditions will be cast in the show! Please sing approximately one minute of any musical theatre song. Bring sheet music for the accompanist or an instrumental track (YouTube karaoke etc.) to play from your phone. A cappella is not encouraged but acceptable if absolutely necessary. Please bring a photograph or snapshot of some kind. Photos will not be returned (photocopies are acceptable). Please come 10 minutes before your allotted time. Directors will audition people in each time slot in the order they arrive and sign in. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your time slot. Children 6 - 5th grade will be auditioned in small groups. Audition forms can be filled out in advance. Please be prepared to list any conflict dates you have from Oct 4 - Dec 3.
