Seeking Kids and Teens for "ChristmasTime" 2023
Looking to cast performers K- 8 grade and teens ages 16+ for "ChristmasTime" 2023. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: CONTRACT LOA $18/hour for rehearsal (Ref. COST) $128 per performance Additional info: Please prepare a short excerpt from a holiday song of your choosing. An accompanist will be provided. Also, please bring your headshot and resume stapled together. OTHER DATES First Rehearsal: October 23, 2023 Tech Begins: November 25, 2023 Performances: December 2-10, 2023 (weekends only) Maximum weekly work hours is 36 hours. Tech will be either 2 10-out-of-12s or 3 8-out-of-10s. An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of this audition. See the documents attached for all details. Excellent vocalists with the ability to sing acapella and in harmony. Carolers will lead the ensemble in traditional Christmas Carols. Strong singing ability is required.
Excellent vocalists with high energy. The shoppers are stressed with the closeness of Christmas and the last-minute shopping and errands that come with a few days leading up to the holiday. Strong movement ability is a plus.
Leads the singing ensemble in beloved traditional hymns, telling the story of the Nativity. Roles within the Nativity vary, and include a general soloist, as well as the Head Angel.
