(With a baritone vocal range, Bb2-F4) - Optimistic yet self deprecating, Charlie Brown is a lovable loser. His stubbornness and determination means that through all of his many failures, he always keeps trying. A glass is half full kind of guy.
(With a mezzo vocal range, B3-Ab5) - Charlie Brown's very articulate, charismatic, and argumentative younger sister. She may come across as sweet and lovable, but she is much smarter than she seems. She has a crush on Linus.
(With a mezzo vocal range, G3-F5) - Crabby, manipulative, and self absorbed, Lucy is the know-it-all type. Although soft and kind at heart, she has a difficult time letting that through her rough exterior. She has a crush on Schroeder.
(With a baritone vocal range, Bb2-E4) - Charlie's best friend and Lucy's younger brother, Linus is by far the most intelligent of the bunch. He may not seem it because of his dependency on his blanket and his constant sucking of his thumb, he is also the most mature.
(tenor vocal range, Bb2-Ab4) - Another friend of Charlie, Schroeder's biggest love is music, especially Beethoven. A talented pianist, Schroeder can be oblivious to the on goings of the group, Lucy's advances in particular.
(tenor vocal range, C3-A4) - Charlie Brown's gentle, wise cracking, joyous, and immensely imaginative dog. Comedic timing and physicality is a must for this character.
Potential ensemble performers may be added and they will play the parts of other characters from the Peanuts universe. These characters will be featured via dance and some other ways as well.
