Teen Boys Needed for True-Crime Documentary
Details are provided below for a promo trailer true-crime documentary that is in need of teenage boys aged 17-18. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: $100. Food will be provided. The actor will have access to the finished trailer for use in the reel. Additional info: Shooting one day in Tucson. Approximately 8 hours on set in mid-April to early May timeframe. Seeking a talented non-union actor to bring this killer to life. This trailer will be used to acquire additional funds for the project, which is more than half complete. There may be an opportunity for the chosen actor to be the featured role in several lengthy recreation scenes, to be shot in Tucson and Phoenix later this year. Producers on this project have been involved in several documentaries and short films, including producing the full-length feature documentaries, “Steve McQueen: American Icon” and “Johnny Cash: The Redemption of an American Icon”, and the horror short "Remnants," named Phoenix Comicon's "Best Arizona Film" in 2017. Height: Short is preferred. The Killer was 5' 2". Build: Normal to athletic. Hair: Black or willing to dye black. Description: The Killer, who has no dialogue, is an "Elvis type" with hair able to style much like Elvis from the early '60s. He's egotistical, cocky, and full of charisma. Notes: Must be able to drive a car. No stunts are involved.
