"A Christmas Carol: A Live Radio Play" Seeks Kids

Seeking actors ages 9 and up for "A Christmas Carol," A Live Radio Play. Please see the details below. Additional info: You will perform the play once on December 13 at 2:00. Rehearsals will last approximately 4 weeks, though they may be shorter depending on everyone's schedules. This is Palmero's take on the classic Ebenezer Scrooge and his three ghosts. The stage play features actors performing the beloved Christmas story as a 1940's "live radio show." Actors will dress in 40s attire and will read their parts from the script...memorizing lines is not necessary. Actors, other than Scrooge, will be responsible for portraying multiple characters of varying ages and genders by utilizing voice changes. All the while, a crew will supply the sound effects for the play in real time...a creaky door, rattling chains, ghostly winds, etc. Approximately 14-30 actors are needed, but directors could possibly cast more for various roles. If interested, please apply.
