"Finding Everett Wilder"

A tenacious problem solver who finds his uncle's journal and starts to turn into this kid from 1952. Alex has the mind of a detective and has a somewhat sarcastic sense of humor. He's not quite an old soul but has a level of maturity beyond his years.

Eliza is a friend of Alex's and she has a very sarcastic sense of humor. She's very doubtful of Alex's transformation into a kid from 1952.

Alex's other friend. Jacobi is definitely comic relief. He is open minded about the supernatural. He tends to be swayed more by Eliza and is otherwise kind and good natured. The humor with this character sin't comign directly from him, but rather in a sort of naiveté and general obliviousness. Similar to Nick Frost when paired with Simon Pegg.
