Casting Call for 3 Stage Productions
Theater company is searching for local male & female actors in the Chicagoland or surrounding suburbs, who are interested in acting in a stage production. Called & Chosen Entertainment is casting for three of our stage productions, "Taking Off the Mask!" "Silent Tears!" & "How Big is Your God!". Jasmine is a tom boy and Daddy’s girl. She does not care what she says and how she says it. She tends to argue and fight with her brother quite often. Because she is a daddy’s girl, she does not care for her mother at all. Angel is the emotional heartbeat of the family. She is perceptive, compassionate, and most times (when conflict arises) the family peacemaker. While she is the youngest sibling, she represents hope. She is the reminder to her family that healing is possible even in the middle of heartbreak. Marvin is the young child who is caught in the middle of his parents’ broken marriage. Innocent, energetic, and full of life, he loves both his parents but does not understand the adult choices that are tearing his family apart. Despite his age, Marvin possesses a remarkable ability to expose the truth of his parents.
