It's time for the annual Miss Pure Sparkle South Central North Carolina Pageant! This year's theme is A Sand & Snow Soiree. Contestants are encouraged to showcase their summertime-in-the-snow swag! This beginner-friendly, natural pageant welcomes boys and girls ages 0-18.
