Stevie Wayne, possibly the last radio DJ on earth, has been living in his bunker and broadcasting his records to the wasteland with only his companion, Frank, a plastic fern, for company. Morale and supplies are low, and Stevie is at a crossroads of whether to continue the broadcast (and his life). At the end of all hope, Stevie puts his phone number out onto the radio waves--and a Stranger calls. A World Premiere, Radio Static is a love letter to 1980s sci-fi action films and music, all wrapped up in a queer romance.
