Audition for "Miami Beach Youth Music Festival". About the project: "A family-friendly city is one that gives young people opportunities to discover their talents and reach their potential,” said Miami Beach Mayor Steven Meiner. “The Youth Music Festival does exactly that by giving young musicians a stage to perform, grow, and connect with our community. We look forward to seeing the incredible talent they bring to Miami Beach.” Additional info: To apply, musicians 18 and under must complete an online form. The event is open to bands or individuals who perform live music of any genre — rock, jazz, Latin, electronic, folk, classical, funk, or the spoken word. At least one member of each band must be a resident of Miami-Dade County, with the average age of the group being under 18 at the time of the Youth Music Festival on March 6, 2027. Auditions will be reviewed in mid-December and participants will be notified by Thursday, Dec. 31. If interested, please apply.
