"Change To Passage" Musical Needs Teenagers
Looking for performers ages 14 and up for "Change To Passage" Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Time: 2026 or present day. Location: Any big city in the U.S.A., depending on whether the show is produced (i.e., Houston, Atlanta, St. Louis, etc.) The Story: This is an original musical story of a young teenager, finding shelter from a fight breaking out in a Black Lives Matter Protest, ends up in an abandoned Historical Museum and ends up being taken on a journey, by some of the world's we'll known historical figures who share the changes of Black America and those who helped Black America get to where we are today. This powerful, moving piece of a new musical theater era will bring all of us together to create positive change for the world! STYLE OF MUSIC: This show has a Lynn Ahrens/Stephen Flaherty and Jason Robert Brown, with an urban Caribbean jazz style of music. Rtae: This is a paid opportunity ($75) per character. Additional info: Callbacks will be the following week, in person. The Staged Reading Performance will take place in March 2027 at the Garza Studios. If interested, please submit VIDEO AUDITIONS. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must sing a 16 to 32-bar of two musical theater songs, which show character and vocal range. 2. Videos are due by October 27th, along with a resume/headshot.

ALTO She is a part of the Harlem Renaissance era. She is always obsessed with "flying high" for dreams and a positive daredevil.
