Young Actors Wanted for Online Acting Workshops

Second Star Workshops is seeking young actors under 18 for weekly 1-hour online acting workshops via Zoom! Our program helps young performers develop their craft through character development, scene work, emotional preparation, dialogue, improvisation, auditions and working with scene partners. Each workshop uses a different popular novel as the foundation for acting exercises and character work. Workshops are offered Sunday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM PST, with a different book featured each hour. Starts January 4th, 2027 Featured titles include The Hunger Games, Divergent, The Maze Runner, The Giver, The Outsiders, Romeo & Juliet, The Lightning Thief, Ready Player One, the 5th Wave, Legend, Hatchet, A Monster Calls, The Institute, The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes and many more! No professional experience required. Actors of all experience levels are welcome. Parents/guardians will be involved in registration and participation. Choose the workshop(s) that fit your interests and schedule!
