Currently casting the role of JACOB, one of the principal roles in the upcoming independent Christmas film, "A Christmas Swing". Please see the details below. About the project: JACOB is the heart of much of this story — a young baseball player navigating family, disappointment, hope, and the real meaning of Christmas. About the film: A Christmas Swing is a family Christmas feature centered around baseball, faith, family, struggle and discovering that sometimes the greatest gifts aren’t the ones underneath the tree. Previous acting experience strongly preferred • Must be comfortable carrying substantial dialogue and emotional scenes • Natural, believable on-camera presence • Baseball or athletic experience is a big plus • You do NOT have to be an elite baseball player — teams can work with the right actor — but basic athletic ability and comfort throwing, catching, and swinging a bat are preferred
