Kids and Teens Wanted for "It's a Wonderful Life" Show

About the project: It is Christmas Eve, and George Bailey stands on a bridge looking over the icy waters below, contemplating suicide. Joseph, an unseen angel, calls on The Boss for advice, and they decide on Clarence Oddbody, an Angel Second Class who, after 200 years, has yet to earn his wings. Joseph takes Clarence into the past to see George as a boy, then growing up to keep the citizens of Bedford Falls from being ruined by the Depression and the machinations of the conniving Henry Potter. George marries his childhood sweetheart, has a family, and resigns himself to a life of "failure." He realizes how many lives he has touched, how many people he has helped—and that he has been a success, after all. Additional info: Potential Callbacks: Sunday, September 27th, 6:00 pm-8:00 pm - If needed, callbacks will be held Sunday, September 26th, starting at 6:00pm and ending no later than 8:00 pm For the audition, the directors will conduct cold reads from the script, both individually and in groupings of actors. The directors ask that all actors stay until the end so they can see different combinations of actors on stage. The first table read will take place on Sunday, October 18th, at 6:00PM. Rehearsals are scheduled to run from October 19th through December 3rd, Mondays through Thursdays, 6:30PM - 9:30PM and Sundays, 3:00PM - 7:00PM. Potential Saturday rehearsals may be added (subject to change). Tech week begins November 28th, and tech week rehearsals will run through December 3rd. Performances will run from December 4th through December 13th, at 7:30PM Thursdays - Saturdays and 2:00PM Sundays.
