My Cause My Cleats is a player-led initiative where NFL players wear custom-designed cleats to spotlight the causes and nonprofits they care about most. This video story features Osa Odighizuwa of the San Francisco 49ers and the cause he's chosen to represent - a foundation that supports single-parent families. Rate: An opportunity to connect with other moms in a fun environment A catered meal at the event Baby shower gifts at the event (for expectant mothers only) Each mother will receive a $500 Visa gift card Each additional adult participant (e.g., family members, friends of mothers, or other non-related adults) will receive a $200 Visa gift card The opportunity to appear in a television commercial Additional info: What we are doing: To showcase the work in action, we're hosting a baby shower for a small group of expectant mothers and their families on Tuesday, September 29th. The goal is to create a warm, celebratory gathering centered on community, connection, and support for moms and their families. There will be food, opportunities to connect with other moms, and baby shower giveaways. Osa Odighizuwa will be there in person, hosting and celebrating alongside guests. Participants should be comfortable being filmed during the event and potentially appearing in the video campaign. *This is not an acting role. Looking for real single moms and real pregnant single moms who would genuinely enjoy connecting with other families and being part of a supportive, celebratory day. Date: Tuesday, September 29, 2026 Location: Los Gatos, CA (venue TBC) Time commitment: Approximately 3–4 hours. Exact timing TBC, likely mid-to-late afternoon, around 4:00 PM A brief phone or video call beforehand, so the directors can answer any questions and walk you through what to expect from the event. Parent/guardian releases will also be required for any minors who participate.
