About the project: This is a school-based comedy/mockumentary series that follows students and their experiences within the CTE environment. Episodes will combine scripted scenes, documentary-style interviews, improvisation, and real student personalities. Additional info: Looking for students interested in acting, comedy, storytelling, interviewing, filmmaking, photography, audio, editing, graphic design and production to join the cast and creative team! Money/Business-Minded • Confident • Slightly Reckless Chris is always thinking about money, business, or how to turn a situation into an opportunity. He's confident and isn't afraid to take chances—even when those chances probably aren't the smartest decision. Looking for: Confidence, natural charisma, quick thinking, and someone who can confidently deliver questionable ideas as if they are completely legitimate.
Mature • Professional • Actually Understands the Assignment Trinity is the student who actually reads the instructions. While everyone else is joking around, Trinity is trying to get the assignment done correctly. She's mature, responsible, and often finds herself surrounded by people who aren't taking things nearly as seriously as she is. Looking for: Natural delivery, strong communication, maturity, subtle comedy, and someone who can play the "straight person" surrounded by chaos.
Dramatic • Attention-Seeking Abby sees the camera and immediately sees an opportunity. Every assignment could be her big break. Every conversation could become a performance. Every camera pointed in her direction is basically an audition. She isn't necessarily trying to be annoying—she genuinely believes she's destined for something bigger. Looking for: Strong personality, facial expressions, dramatic delivery, confidence, and someone who isn't afraid to go big when the scene calls for it.
Sarcastic • Naturally Funny • Doesn’t Take Much Seriously Justice doesn't have to try very hard to be funny. Her humor comes naturally through sarcasm, reactions, facial expressions, and perfectly timed comments. She can make a simple situation funny without turning it into a performance. Looking for: Natural comedic timing, sarcasm, deadpan delivery, facial reactions, and strong improvisation.
Overconfident • Doesn't Always Know What He's Doing Ryan is extremely confident. The only problem? He may not actually know what he's talking about. He'll confidently explain how something works, make a bold decision, or volunteer for something—and then everyone discovers he had absolutely no idea what he was doing. looking for: Confidence, comedic timing, improvisation, physical comedy, and the ability to commit to a joke without breaking character.
Casually Irresponsible • Smooth Talker • Somehow Gets Away With Everything Mark isn't necessarily trying to cause problems. Problems just seem to happen around him. He's casually irresponsible and somehow always believes he can talk his way out of whatever situation he's created. Even when he's clearly wrong, he somehow has an explanation. Looking for: Personality, charm, improvisation, quick responses, and someone who can make excuses sound completely believable.
