Casting Kids for "When I Was 8, I Heard the First Storm" Film

Casting two young female actors for a short film called "When I Was 8, I Heard the First Storm". See the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: The film follows Jade, a college student whose OCD has followed her into adulthood, and the close relationship she shares with her sister, Lainey. Rate: Child actor: $75 per filming day Parent/guardian: $35 per filming day Meals will be provided. Additional info: No specific appearance or demographic is required. FILMING: Friday, October 9 Saturday, October 10 Sunday, October 11 Location: Olathe, Kansas Child actors are currently scheduled to work all three days. The final schedule will comply with Kansas child labor laws. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARENTS: The short film contains some adult language. Parents should review the audition materials and content before allowing their child to submit. Auditions are due by this Sunday, September 27. Please see the attachment for details.
