Children Needed for "Moana Jr." Show

Kids ages 8-18 are invited to audition for "Moana Jr." Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: "Moana Jr." is a thrilling and heartwarming coming-of-age story that follows the strong-willed Moana as she sets sail across the Pacific to save her village and discover the truth about her heritage. Moana and the legendary demigod Maui embark on an epic journey of self-discovery and camaraderie as they learn to harness the power within. Additional info: Those invited to attend will be notified by Saturday, September 26th, at 9:00 pm. The Callback audition will be held the evening of September 28th at 5:00 pm at the Plaza Academy, 221 S. Mill St., Cleburne, TX. Everyone who submits an audition video will be notified of casting decisions, regardless of whether or not they are called back or cast. Note that a participation fee will be applied. It will play on Saturday afternoons, opening on Saturday, November 7th, and playing through Saturday, November 21st. There will also be two Field Trip performances on Friday, November 20th, at 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Opening on Saturday, November 7th and playing through Saturday, November 21st. Rehearsals will commence on or around Monday, October 12th. When applying, please submit a filmed vocal OR dance audition of 32 bars (1 minute) of a musical theater song of your choosing. Students must submit their completed video by 11:59 pm on Friday, September 25th.
