Casting Teen Extras for "By the River, Eating Fruit" Film

Teen extras needed for "By the River, Eating Fruit". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: The film follows a sound recordist hired by a local museum as he traverses the rural Wisconsin terrain, collecting ambient recordings before being joined by a colleague. Throughout the film, the sound recordist gathers the fragments, voices, landscapes, and people around him. As the film progresses, the boundaries between what is dreamed, remembered, and experienced begin to dissipate. At its center, "By the River, Eating Fruit" is about listening, memory, and the impermanence of all that is around us. More so, how one tries to preserve what cannot be. The film is intentionally soft, slow, and intimate, often feeling driftless and void of a clear narrative, blending what may be reality and what may just be a dream. Rate: As of now, it is unpaid. Compensation, however, will include food, travel, and lodging, depending on an actor's location. Moreso, all actors will receive a copy of the film upon its completion, as well as any material they see fit for reels/portfolios. Additional info: A few extras will be needed for a single scene taking place in Two Rivers, WI; date and time to be determined. Please note that this film is a non-union, independent production. If under 18, a parent or guardian MUST be present during filming. A great bonus question would be to tell me about your most recent dream. Reels, websites, and portfolios are also encouraged but are not necessarily required. If you are a non-actor or have very little experience, still apply! This project is a great opportunity to get a feel for and practice your physical presence within a scene rather than relying strictly on dialogue!
