About the project: Following his untimely passing during a dinner date with his girlfriend DESTINY, DANTE encounters KARMA, an Agent of Death, who arrives to prepare Dante before his next incarnation as he transitions through the Afterlife. While Dante comes to terms with the life he has lived, and the uncertainty for the new life he will soon have, Karma puts Dante to the ultimate test to see if he deserves a second chance. A short existential dark-comedy exploring a young man's confrontation with life and death. Rate: Non-Union/Unpaid Passion Project. Additional information: Shooting date for child actors is OCT 10th 2026 (rain date October 11th). Locaton: PICKERING, ON. Includes a soccer game (light running) and kids playing in a park. Note: Shooting outside, please dress appropriately! This is to shoot two "flashback" scenes of our main character DANTE, as he recalls memories from his childhood.
