In Need of Boys and Girls for "Frozen Jr."

Panthers in grades 4 through 12 are invited to audition for the fall show, "Frozen Jr." Please see the details below. Additional info: Acting Auditions: Please choose a monologue to read. Choose based on the character you want most. The monologues that will be used are in this packet for your reference. No memorization needed, but it is suggested to familiarize yourself with them, as you'll want to act out as much of the character as possible. Those auditioning for an ensemble role should read for Pabbie or Bulda. Vocal Auditions: Everyone will be asked to sing the first chorus of "For the First Time in Forever." Depending on the role you want, you may be asked to sing in a small group or on your own. Recordings of this song can easily be found online. Music is included in this packet for your reference. Dance Auditions: Ms. Samalik will teach you a small dance routine that you will learn in groups. Do your best with the dance steps, but ultimately, choreographers and directors are most interested in who looks energized and excited while moving in time with the music.
