Looking for actors grades 7 through 12 for "Holes" One-Act Play. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: When Stanley Yelnats is sent to Camp Green Lake for a crime he didn’t commit, he and the other boys are forced to dig holes every day under the blazing sun. But there’s more to the camp—and to Stanley’s family history—than meets the eye. As friendships form and long-buried secrets begin to surface, Stanley discovers that courage, friendship, and fate may be connected. Additional info: Auditioners will read from the script and may be asked to perform a short cold read or improvisation. No preparation needed. The script is attached. Rehearsals: Will generally be 2-3 days a week. Starting September 22. Performs: November 6-8 in the Casazza Family Studio Theatre If interested, please apply.
