Kid Audition For Singing in "Scrooge" Musical

Casting young singers for the “Scrooge” musical. Full audition details are available below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: SHOW DATES: December 10-12 @ 7:30 pm December 13 @ 3pm Please prepare 16-32 measures (approx 1 minute) of a musical theater song (doesn’t have to be Christmas-related or a non-musical-theater Christmas song (aka your favorite Christmas carol). You can use songs from Scrooge!, but you do not have to. Find a karaoke track to use or bring sheet music to your audition. If our accompanist is unfamiliar with your song, you may be asked to sing with a karaoke track. At your audition, you may also be asked to do a ‘cold-read’ from the script, run scenes with others, learn a short group dance combination, etc. Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes that you can move in.
