Teens Needed for "Offenbach’s The Tales of Hoffmann" Play. Please see the details below. About the project: This show is going to be a blast: a ’90s grunge-ified English-language version of Offenbach’s surreal, funny, tragic, redemptive opera. Additional info: Auditions are open to GHC students and to high school-age and older members. Singers should be prepared to sing an art song or aria of their choice. Participants need to bring sheet music for the accompanist. If you are interested in a particular role, you are encouraged to prepare one that corresponds to your voice type. If you are unable to prepare one of the selections, don’t let that deter you. Directors will be happy to run you through some scales and get a feel for your voice and how you might best participate.
