Kids Needed for "Annie" Musical
Looking for kids aged 6-15 years old for the "Annie" Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: Actors in these roles will receive a $50-per-week travel stipend. Additional info: Do you have a little star who loves to sing, dance, act, or steal the spotlight? This could be her chance to shine! Singing and dancing auditions. Please prepare 16 measures to sing (bring sheet music for the provided accompanist). You will also be taught a dance combo. Wear clothes that you can move in for the dance audition. Bring sheet music for the provided accompanist. This is a significant commitment that involves missing at least 5 full days of school and staying up late. Roles will be double cast, so youth performers will be in 1/2 of the performances. Rehearsals will primarily be from 5 pm to 8 pm on school days and 10-6 on weekends If cast, your child will miss 5 full school days and up to four additional half-days for 2 pm weekday matinees. Your child’s school principal will have to sign a document approving your child’s absence from school. SHOW DETAILS: First rehearsal is Monday, February 22nd.
