About the project: Join Violet, Judy, and Doralee—three underappreciated coworkers—who team up to take down their egotistical, hypocritical boss and transform their toxic workplace into a thriving environment of equality and respect. With unforgettable characters, laugh-out-loud moments, and Dolly Parton’s signature score (including the iconic title song “9 to 5”), this show is packed with heart, humor, and high-energy fun. Additional info: Please note that the fee applies. Callback Date (if needed): Thursday, September 10th from 5:30-7:30 pm Read Through: Sunday, September 13th from 1:30 pm-3:30 pm. Tech Week: Monday, Nov 9th to Thursday, Nov 12th. (No absences allowed unless discussed with directing team) Show Dates: Fri Nov 13th at 7 pm, Sat Nov 14th at 12 pm & 7 pm, and Sun Nov 15th at 2 pm. (Five shows total) Rehearsals: Rehearsal will be three times a week. Tuesday and Thursdays from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm and Sundays from 1:30-3:30 pm. Rehearsals will begin Sunday, Sept 13th. What to prepare: Please prepare a 1 minute (or 32 bar cut) of a musical theatre song that showcases your singing and acting skills! Come dressed to learn a short dance combo led by the choreographer.
