In need of young performers for a thoughtful coming-of-age short film about bullying, friendship, accountability, and redemption. Looking for boys. Please see the details below. About the project: Logline A middle school bully unexpectedly develops a friendship with one of his victims, creating a tug-of-war between his old friends and his new one as he begins to recognize the consequences of his actions. Rate: Paid. See the character descriptions. Additional info: Selected performers will be invited to submit a self-tape for the first round. Finalists will participate in a live video audition with the director, producer, and a reader. Filming is expected to take place in New Jersey on weekends in mid-fall. Main Antagonist Playing 11. Extremely charismatic and playful, but enjoys teasing others and prioritizes having fun with his friends—even at someone else’s expense. Compensation: $100 / 8-hour day
