Richmond, IN, United States
ID: 613424Exp: 9/7/2026
Description:

Looking for teen actors ages 12 and up for "What Would A Turtle Think" Short Film. Please see the details below. ONLY OH AND LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: Volunteer (Food on set and IMDb credit) - Negotiable for speaking roles. Gas stipend included for out-of-towners. Additional info: Have you ever heard of a ONE SHOT? This 4-minute film will be shot entirely in a single continuous take—meaning there are no cuts or do-overs in the middle! It’s an ambitious filmmaking feat that only the most skilled cinematographers attempt. The cast and crew will spend the day before filming rehearsing and perfecting every movement, cue, and camera transition to make sure everyone is fully prepared. Then, on shoot day, they’ll keep filming until they get THE take. How exciting is that?! Another important note about this film: it deals with very sensitive subject matter, as the story centers around a school shooting. The violence itself is not shown on camera, as the camera pans away during the incident. However, the camera does eventually pan back to reveal the aftermath. So prepare to be bloody! SHOOT DATES Tech Day Sat Sept 26th (Half day) & Shoot Day Sun Sept 27th SHOOT LOCATION TBD, Either Columbus, OH, or Cleveland, OH If interested, please apply by 5 pm on September 7th, 2026.
