"Annie" the Musical Looking For Young Performers
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Seeking young performers for "Annie" the musical. See the detail. Additional info: Performance Dates: December 2-6 & 7-13. Please hold December 17-20 for additional performances. REHEARSALS: Rehearsals will typically be held Monday-Friday anywhere from 5:00- 10:00 pm. Note: We make every effort for students/minors to leave rehearsal before 9:00 pm, but some later evenings until 10:00 pm may be required. There will be some Saturday morning or afternoon rehearsals and possible Sunday afternoon or evening rehearsals. Actors may not be called for every rehearsal or for the full length of a rehearsal until the final weeks. The first cast meeting will be September 28. CONFLICTS: When listing conflicts on your audition form, please give exact days and times; we may be able to schedule around your pre-existing conflicts. No conflicts after Nov. 20. Annie is a complex, tough, streetwise urchin who is surprisingly vulnerable when she thinks she might lose what has become most important to her: her newfound “family.” Motherly, independent, overwhelmed, and hopeful. She should be strong vocally and musically and be able to light up the stage in “Tomorrow!” A3-D5
