About the project: “The Thanksgiving Play” is a wickedly funny satire where good intentions collide with absurd assumptions as a troupe of terminally “woke” teaching artists scramble to create a pageant that somehow manages to celebrate both Turkey Day and Native American Heritage Month. Additional info: Performances will be held Nov. 5-15, 2026 on Thursday, Friday, Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 3:30 p.m. Auditions are not required as the children’s ensemble scenes will have limited rehearsal time and be recorded and they will not be required for live performances.
