"A Christmas Carol" Show Needs Kids
Seeking Non-Equity youth actors/singers for "A Christmas Carol" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Published in 1843, Charles Dickens' story follows Ebenezer Scrooge, a cold, greedy miser who is visited by the ghost of his former business partner, Jacob Marley, and three spirits—the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come. These visions show Scrooge his faults, transforming him into a generous, kind-hearted man. Additional info: Callbacks, as needed, will be on September 13 from 11 am-4 pm. MATERIAL TO PREPARE: Choose one role and prepare the attached materials for that role. Please sing a selection from any classic holiday song of your choice. Selections should be less than 1 minute and may be accompanied, self-accompanied, or a capella. Please combine all materials into ONE video. Rehearsal Schedule: (subject to change) 1st day of rehearsal - Tuesday, October 13th, 2026. Rehearsals will generally be Tuesday - Thursday, 7 pm-10 pm Saturdays 10 am-4 pm Sundays 10 am-4 pm Please note that actors will not have to be at every rehearsal Tech rehearsals begin on November 28th. Opening: December 4th Closing: December 20th Fridays at 7:30 pm Saturday, December 5th at 7:30 pm remainder Saturdays and Sundays at 2 pm. If interested, please apply.

Scrooge’s sister and Fred’s mother, who died before the events of the play. Also plays Martha Cratchit, Want, Turkey Boy.
