Teen boys invited to audition for “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.” Additional details are listed below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: $50 One-Time Rehearsal Pay $15 per performance Additional info: REHEARSALS START: January 5th, 2027 SHOW RUN: February 4th, 2027 – April 11th, 2027 This show requires a lot of movement, and we recommend attending a dance call unless you are auditioning only for Adam, Non-Brother/Bride Townsfolk, or if you are unable to attend the earlier call time. While there is a lot of movement, the choreography in this show can be creative. Advanced formal dance training is not an absolute requirement. You only need to sign up for one audition call. If you are attending the dance call, your song and monologue will be heard after the dance call is completed. Do not sign up for a vocal slot as well. Please prepare the following: One 60-second song selection in the style of the show. Sheet music with the appropriate key and cuts. One 60-second monologue in the style of the show. Headshot and resume, if you have one. A list of conflicts with the production calendar. Dancers should bring character shoes or heels (heels are preferred for female-presenting dance call). Please also bring ballet or jazz shoes. Callbacks will take place on September 23rd, 2026, by invitation only. Performers who are invited to a callback may be given material to prepare.
