About the play: "The Allies are Coming" is a heart-opening, insightful, and hilarious look at a multi-generational group trying to become better allies. Peter Paylor’s semi-autobiographical one-act play explores a space where it is safe to ask questions, struggle to understand other points of view, and stumble towards acceptance of ourselves and of one another.
