Seeking Boy in WI for "Hope Among The Cosmos" Student Short Film

Looking for an 8-11-year-old boy for "Hope Among the Cosmos," a 15-minute sci-fi short. Please see the details below. ONLY IL AND LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Set in 2130, it follows Xander, a father and survivor, and his young daughter Mina after a trade route goes wrong. Young Xander appears in flashback. Rate: IMDb Credit and reel footage. Additional info: Location: Rockford, IL area. Shoot dates: One day in October 2026, exact date TBD. This role shoots separately from the main production schedule. Date confirmed at least three weeks in advance. Parents, please read: The film contains staged violence, fake blood, and some dark, dramatic moments. Everything on set is choreographed and supervised, and nothing unsafe happens. A parent or guardian must be present on set the entire time, no exceptions.
