Seeking boys and girls for "Hansel & Gretel" play. See the details below. About the project: "Hansel & Gretel: a creepy comedy" is The Kirkwood Player​s' fourth original comedy to hit the stage. We love the opportunity to create an environment from the ground up for a diverse group of actors and an unforgettable evening of laughs for our patrons. The timing of our adaptation of a Brothers Grimm fairytale coincides with spooky season to highlight live theater as an entertainment option that can be enjoyed by all. A hayride one weekend and a play the next just might make a theater-goer for life! Rate: This is an unpaid, non-equity production. Additional info: Resumes and headshots are welcome but not required. Directors welcome all experience levels. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Children will be given the option of a reading-free audition. All actors will also have the opportunity to indicate on their form if they would like to perform a prepared monologue.
