"The Stinky Cheese Man and Other Fairly Stupid Tales" Seeks Kids

Performers ages 7-15 of all experience levels are welcome to register for an audition. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: “The Stinky Cheese Man and Other Fairly Stupid Tales” takes on classic storybook fables and uproariously derails them in this adaptation of Jon Scieszka and Lane Smith’s children’s book. Everything from Chicken Little to The Gingerbread Man gets a complete makeover. Fun music and witty narration accompany the likes of ineloquent and inelegant giants, sassy barnyard animals, colossal cow pies, and enough stinky cheese to go around. Additional info: Actors will be asked to read from the script, sing, and participate in theatre and improv games. Rehearsals are in the evenings and on weekends as schedules permit.
