Our Town presents the small town of Grover’s Corners in three acts: “Daily Life,” “Love and Marriage,” and “Death and Eternity.” Narrated by a stage manager and performed with minimal props and sets, the play depicts the simple daily lives of the Webb and Gibbs families as their children fall in love, marry, and eventually – in one of the most famous scenes in American theatre – die. Grover’s Corners’ paperboy. Curious, polite, smart, respectful young boy. May double with Si Crowell.
Joe’s younger brother, also a paperboy. Si assumes his brother’s former job as the years pass. He is eager to prove his ability. Also curious, polite, smart, respectful, like his brother. May double with Joe Crowell.
Delivers the newspapers and sets up important sense of friendliness among the neighbors of the small town. Actor will also play one or two ensemble roles.
