"A Christmas Carol" Play In Need Of Young Talent

About the project: Charles Dicken’s classic tale of one man’s redemption is told through story, music, and movement. Additional info: Saturday, August 29th- Callbacks (by invitation only) Audition participants should prepare 16-32 bars of a song and have clearly marked sheet music available for the pianist. The second part of the audition will consist of learning a piece of choreography. Please bring or come dressed in clothes in which you can move. Reading for roles will take place at callbacks. Rehearsals Begin: Sunday, October 4, 2026 Production Dates: November 20 – December 20, 2026 (27 performances) Performances: Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.; Thursdays – Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., plus two performances on Sundays at 2:00 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. Dinner is provided to the cast between shows on Sundays. Actors are called to the theatre one hour before curtain. Note: There are no performances on November 25 or November 26 (Thanksgiving). A Christmas Carol will typically hold rehearsals on weekdays starting at 6:30 p.m. and on Sundays beginning at 6:00 p.m. There are no Saturday rehearsals. Actors will receive the rehearsal schedule in advance of the first rehearsal. All children in the Children’s Ensemble will appear in the four Street Scenes and the Manger Scene in Christmas Past.
