About the project: They’re creepy, and they’re kooky-mysterious and spooky, and they’re taking over the Studio B stage this fall! The Addams Family musical brings everyone’s favorite macabre family to life in a delightfully twisted story about love, loyalty, and the chaos that comes when worlds collide. Wednesday Addams, the princess of darkness, has fallen for a sweet, smart young man from a “normal” family. But when the Addamses host a dinner to meet the boyfriend’s parents, secrets are revealed, tempers flare, and hilarity ensues. Additional info: Please prepare 16-32 bars of music for the audition (bring your accompaniment music), resume, audition form, headshot, and signed waiver. Be prepared for a cold reading from the script. Rehearsals: Tuesday, August 18 - Thursday, September 24 Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM Saturdays at 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Performances: September 25 – 27, October 2 – 4 Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 PM Sunday at 2:30 PM Note that a fee will be applied.
