"Carrie" musical casting teen actors. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: "Carrie White is a teenage outcast who longs to fit in. At school, she’s bullied by the popular crowd and is virtually invisible to everyone else. At home, she’s dominated by her loving but cruelly controlling mother. What none of them know is that Carrie’s just discovered she’s got a special power, and if pushed too far, she’s not afraid to use it." Additional info: Rehearsals: generally Mondays/Thursdays plus additional dates as scheduled. Performance dates: August 11th-October 1st, October 2nd-10th. When applying, please include virtual auditions by 9 PM on August 4th. Please prepare a one-minute cut of a contemporary song in the style of the show for your audition.
