About the project: Based on Robert Louis Stevenson's classic novella, "Jekyll & Hyde" follows Dr. Henry Jekyll as he pursues a radical idea: separating the good from evil within himself. But when the darker half breaks free, the consequences become deadly. Featuring a dramatic score by Frank Wildhorn and book and lyrics by Leslie Bricusse, this gothic musical is filled with soaring melodies, thrilling tension, and a haunting exploration of what happens when we lose control of what's inside us. Additional info: Callbacks: Sunday, August 9 from 2–6 PM Prepare a one-minute song in the style of the show and bring clearly marked sheet music. An accompanist will be provided. Video auditions are also accepted through August 7 at 8 PM. How to Prepare: - Song: Prepare about one minute in the style of the show. - Accompanist: An accompanist will be provided. - Sheet music: Bring clearly marked sheet music. - Dance: There is no dance or movement portion at initial auditions. Dance will take place at callbacks only. Girls auditioners attending callbacks are encouraged to bring heeled character or ballroom shoes if they have them.
