"Exuberant Faith"
"Exuberant Praise" focuses on a young woman, Charity, who is considering coming out as gay. Her parents are best friends with their pastor and his wife, who are foster parents and have a daughter who is Charity's best friend. They are both seniors in High School. Charity's parents are killed in a car accident after leaving a meal with the Greens. Because their families were so close and the Greens are foster parents, they decide to take Charity in. This film will explore all sides of church folk's feelings about gays in the church... those who are tolerant, those who believe "God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve", and those who believe all should be embraced regardless of their preferences for partners.

He has come out as gay, but is not flamboyant... just a regular person, though sensitive and a gentle soul. Friend of Jeremy. Starts a conversation in a Bible Study meeting, asking the youth pastor what the church's position is on gays in the church membership. (Kevin is straight, but is curious since Jeremy confided in him after Sunday School class.) Has another scene welcoming Jeremy home at a welcome home party. Three speaking scenes, one non-speaking scene. August 22nd, 2026, near Durham, NC, is a must-shoot day. Other times can be worked out. $100/day for this role
